Structural Framing

Category:

We select high-quality raw materials and utilize state-of-the-art roll-forming technology. The structural framing we produce comply with ASTM standards.

Studs And Joist

The studs we provide includes exterior curtainwalls, load bearing walls, headers, floor & roof joists, soffits and trussframe components.

Studs are vertical components in the drywall system and exterior curtain walls that sit between the tracks and cary and support the vertical structureof the wall .They are usually arrangod at a cortain spacing (for example. 40omm or 60omm)to support the woight of thewall and provide foundation support for other decorative or installation faclities. Stud is the main part of the drall, usuallymade of metal material, with high strength and durability.

Tracks

Tracks are used as a closure to stud and joist ends as well as headand sill conditions.

It is also used for blocking and bridging conditions.Tracks is a horizontal component in the partition keel system that is installed at the bottom and top of the drywall itsmain function  is to provide a fixed base for the stud The track is usually a u- or c-shaped metal frame that is usod tosecure the stud to both ends of the wall, ensuring the stability and firmness of the partition. It provides the structuralframework for the wall and ensures that the wall does not shift in the vertical direction.

Slotted Tracks

Slotted Tracks are designed for use at the head of wall to protect the integrity of walls during building movement by absorbing vertical movement caused by expansion and con-traction, wind forces and seismic events. Slotted tracks wall is positively secured to both flanges of the stud, for greater loadresistance and protection from lateral movement while allowing vertical deflection of a structure. Slotted tracks are formed from steel conforming to ASTM requirements for cold formed steel and is code compliant for dynamic head of wall joints.
